Help problems with syncing after update to 4.0.3

I cant seem to sync after my update.This has been a problem for months now for me. when I go into Accounts and Sync and click on say facebook or twitter a message says : Sync is currently experiencing problems it will be back shortly : Any ides what is going on ? these are my phone specs

4.0.3
Baseband I19100MUGLD3
model GT I9100M
On the Bell network in Canada.


Does anyone have another stable firmware that will work great on this network ?
 
What would happen if I just flashed my phone again? Is doing this a bad idea or would it fix little bugs ?
 
It looks like you're having internet connectivity issues... before going for the extreme such as flashing, are you on data package on your network? Try syncing using WiFi to rule out data network connection issues... if it works, then chances are your data network is encountering an issue and you should call them about it.

ok that seams to have worked thank you. I wonder why it will not sync over wifi? My wifi seems to be working for everything else. Thanks for the help
