problems with the menu

hello everyone,

i bought samsung galxy s3 not so long ago and lately it gt so probelms with the menu. when im going to an apps or just entering into another page and returnind to the menu page it geting few second before appearing. to be more clear the image is jumping, its a matter of few second.

i needdd heeelllpp !!

Might have a app running in the background that is defective.Try holding down the Home key (Big middle button at the bottom of the phone) and select Task Manager. Tell it to End all. See if that helps or not.

Lastly if you have a SD card inserted into your phone, remove it for a bit or unmount it at least. A defective SD card can bog the whole phone down. To do so select Menu (Lower left button) then Storage then towards the bottom should be an option to Unmount SD card. If it's ghosted then you don't have one or you have one that is not working (Which might be bogging down the phone). Take off the back cover and look towards the bottom, you will have two card slots. The left one is the SD card (Storage) and the righter one is the SIM card (Identification).
