hello there thankyou for reading this thread, recently i deleted my all my photos and videos by accident on my samsung galaxy s2. so i used recuva to recover all my photos and videos.
the problem i have now is that i cannot view any of my videos or photos.
the message when i try to view photos say's " windows photo viewer can't open this picture becuase either photo viewer does not support this file or you dont have the latest updates"
now i have updated it and it still does not work the pictures are standard jpeg images.
on viewing the video side of things windows media player says it cannot play this format of video for some reason yet i have updated that aswell.
if any of you have any suggestions i would really appreciate it thankyou.
