Help Problen with rear camera and Skype

Asus Inifinity TF700
When using Skype, I can use either the front (2MP) camera or the rear (8MP) one. When using the front camera it's normally so that the other person can see me, so I am probably holding the tablet at arms length and it's in focus. But if I want to the other person to see where I am, house, park, etc. then I switch to the rear camera. It works but cannot/will not focus. It also seems to be on a fixed focus of about 2 feet or so, which is really not useable. I don't know if it's a Skype issue (probably so), or the tablet or the way Android OS runs Skype. The rear camera focuses fine when I'm using the stock camera app on the tablet.

I am nearly certain that is a resolution issue between the rear camera and the Skype settings for autofocus on the front camera.

You can try 3rd party camera apps to use with Skype, but I'd be inclined to just turn the Infinity around to pan the area or whatever you want your correspondent to see.
