my tablt dont start
when power on only blue light is turn and screen dont change

i try to boot by this information

1.Download the link--unzip the file--copy the firmware to an empty SD card
2.Power off the tablet
3.Press the volume button"-"and meanwhile press the"power"button together
4.The system will automatically update, wait for the screen display "Update completed" Please remove the memory card.
5.In the lower right corner bottom press restart
6.completed

but the tablet dont turn
help me?

When the tablet is off, and you plug in the charger, do you see a red LED? (Red indicates that it is charging - blue is supposed to indicate a full charge WHEN THE TABLET IS TURNED ON.) The red LED goes off when the battery is fully charged. When the tablet is turned on, plugged in, and charging, you get both the blue and the red (looks purple.)

If the lights seem to indicate charging is OK and battery gets fully charged, then maybe there's something wrong with the screen itself (not showing anything.) Either the brightness got turned all the way down, or something is broken?

It really sounds like the charger is not working. Can you complain to the seller and get a replacement charger?

It sounds to me like the charger IS working and that your problem is either the on'off switch or the system board is faulty.

If the charger was faulty the red led wouldn't come on. Leave the tablet on charge, but switched off, the red LED should be on. Leave it overnight, in the morning you will probably find the red LED has gone out. If it wont switch on try the reset button round the back of the tablet. (insert a small point into the hole and gently press), it it won't turn on after that it is faulty and you will have to return it for replacement.

I have already given you my suggestion, charge it overnight with it switched off, if it won't switch on in the morning after pressing the reset button it will have to be returned to the seller as faulty.
