Process a delay between phone number and access code in a text message

I am trying to join a conference call from a text message and need to be able to process a delay between the phone number and access code. Using and Iphone a , works to process a 2 second delay does anyone know how to do this in the Android operating system? Thanks in advance

Hi Fantroll, welcome to Android Forums.

Inserting the letter 'p' or a comma between the telephone number and the access code will give a delay of two seconds on Android devices (pp or ,, will give four seconds delay etc).

I use it with my voicemail number to give a pause before auto entering my pin, it works ok.

The People app on my HTC One has p ( , ) and w ( ; ) - (pause and wait) as available characters to enter when creating a contact.

:)

Thanks I know the , works with iphone and the p works with phone this is a text i will give it a try thanks for the reply...
