Help process acore prevents me creating a new contact

Urgent help, i can't create a new contact. First of all i was stopped from viewing contacts, so i deleted my contact storage and reinstalled via my back up ap. This worked for viewing and using existing contacts.
But now i can't create a new contact and get the message * Android process acore has stopped unexpectedly *
Please help. Im bed ridden so rely on my phone.! I dont went to have to factory reset if i dont have to. Iv tried everything iv found suggested online.

It appears its something to do with accounts sync. Whatsapp will not be removed from it., and that's the problem. Iv contacted them to see if its a bug with them or another app has interfered with it.
Will write when i know more. Hope that helps someone.

i have same problem, I am from the Czech Republic,
English writing with Google Translator...help me with error..
 
Can you access your contacts or is it just creating a new contact that is your problem.?
When i couldn't access my contacts at all., i backed all contacts up using *my backup pro* then went to my phones settings., applications., and cleared cache and data from phones dialer storage and contacts. Then turned my phone off., turned it back on., reinstalled my contacts from my backup pro., and that's how i could use my existing contacts again.
But like i say., i still can't create a new contact
I will get back to you if i hear from whatsapp or find another way.
