process.acore stopped

Hello
I have an HTC 4.03.
If I try to make a call I get this message: android process.acore has stopped unexpectedly.
I can still navegate and use my apps but not calling.
Any idea

"android process.acore" is your Contacts app. I don't know why it is happening, but going into Settings > Manage apps, and then clearing cache and data, followed by a reboot should fix it. Be sure you have your contacts synced and backed up in Google (or elsewhere) before clearing data.
