unfortunately that sound like your home launcher is force closing i assume?

normally for a non root user, the most that could be done is by a FDR (factory data reset)

are you a root user instead?
 
alright, probably the best way to remedy this issue would be performing a factory data reset.

if your unsure on how to, go into your settings, security and select reset.
