Help Process stopping

Hi all.
I've had my tablet for about two months now, and it's been working fine.
Starting today, I've been getting the following:
About every ten minutes or so, a message box comes up on screen that reads
"Sorry, the process com.google.com.ggapps has stopped unexpectedly. Please
Try again."
There are two buttons on the bottom of this message box, one to force close and one to send report.
I usually do the force close, and then continue with what I'm doing.
Ten or so minutes later, same thing.
Can someone explain what this message means, what might be causing it, and of course how to fix it?

try this: go to "settings", then to "applications", click on "all" => scroll down to "google services frameworks" and clear the cache (good luck)

Thanks anad. I did a factory reset and have had no problems since.
