Well "processing failed" sounds much more like some app or service has a problem on your device. Have you tried restarting it?

yeah this thread is in the s-note app forum. not sure why s-not would show that error. either a reboot or factory reset should fix it. but samsung has went away with s-note app to the samsung notes app.....at least that is what is on my note 8 right now.

not sure what phone the op originally had.
