Help Processing the Upgrade Service - HELP

My Korean Galaxy S keeps flashing this "Processing the Upgrade Service" screen, I connected to Keis and tried updating but everything is up to date.

I have 2.2.1... this is annoying... please help. It keeps happening EVERY time I unlock the phone.

Try doing a factory reset and see if this goes away.

I did and it dint work.. its part of the FROYO update... but last night there was a KEIS update for me phone to build TC22... that seems to have solved the problem, no problems in the last 24 hours.
