Help processing?

So I downloaded a few ringtones via zedge and now my phone has a small black box with a thinking circle that says processing every now and then. Any idea what's causing it to slow down? I doubt its the tones.

Did you download and install them to your external (removable) SDcard?

I don't have a removable SD.
