Professional photo editor app

Hey,

I'm looking for the best photo editor app for Android to use on my Galaxy Note 10.1 (original edition).

I'm not worried about cost of app but I don't really want to buy a subscription (aka Light Room).

Google just seems to recommend the basic stuff so I thought I'd turn to this community for answers.

All help would be greatly appreciated!

"Photo Editor" is my pick as well. Its efficient and has batch functions and the developer is actively improving the app.
