Help Profiles

I have a Samsung GT-19300 and I wounder if I can have diffrent profiles on my phone?
for example 1 for private use and one for working use with different cantact list and so on.

I know that Jelly Bean (any day now...) has a new function called Blocking Mode that allows you to block notifications of groups of users. You can group your private and work contacts and block and unblock them whenever you want - both for email and phone/sms notifications. Here's a picture.
