Program to lock certain functions on a phone

Hey everyone,

I am looking for a program to control a non rooted android phone of a teenager.

Right now i am looking for a program that will prevent him to connect to any wireless with his phone. This program should have a password and if you enter that password you can use wireless functionality of a phone. If there is a way i could do it over distance, for instance send him a special message that will lock his wireless, it would be even better. Or maybe a timer that will only allow him to stay connected to wireless for a certain amount of time each day.

We put other limitations on the phone with the help of our service provider, wifi is the only one we have to take care of ourselves.

Take a look at some of the app locker apps on Play: https://play.google.com/store/search?q=app+locker&c=apps

I'm not sure if they could limit just to WiFi, but if you locked out the settings app, that would prohibit him/her from accessing settings to toggle it on/off.

Edit - This might do what you're after: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.skyblack.androidvaultfree

I ended up installing this:

There is a scheduler soo now wi-fi can only be used from 22:00 to 00:00 each day. What i need now is an sms counter that will send of an alarm when for instance 500 messages is used in a cycle. Any ideas ?
