programmatically password protect settings screen

I want to programmatically password-protect the Settings->Apps->App Info screen (that has the uninstall, force close options). Is this possible? Something like what Mobile WatchDog is doing. I'm trying to find out how they do it.

i believe you would need to search for some kind of password protect app, but i am not sure you will find one that will specifically password protect just one part of your settings menu
