Programs Not Saving in Folders???

Hello....

I've created folders to put some of my programs in. When I switch scenes and then switch back, the programs aren't in the folders anymore. I've tried saving, but same thing keeps happening.

Does anyone know what the problem may be??

Any help, would be much appreciated.

looks like a bug, same things happens to me.

Yup, happens to me too. Isn't there an update due late september? Hopefully we'll see a fix then.
