Hello guys,
This is just a quick hello note as I'm new to the forum but I'd also appreciate any guidance or links on running smooth projects from start to finish. I'm a Prince2 prat and learning Agile but have no experience with App/web development and want to progress in that direction. Specifically interested in Planning, I.E different stages of dev and design, various aspects I should be aware of, or any educational sites that would help me develop my knowledge and skills.
Any tips, links or responses would be hugely appreciated.
