Hi,
I have developed and published an app, which now I want to promote.
One of the stages of such promotion is increasing the amount of installs that are shown on the store so that possible users see it as reliable, breaking the barrier that an app with few installs imposes. Because of this being the purpose, I just want to "buy" app installs, and therefore I don't care at all if the app is kept after first downloaded. For this, I have been thinking of using both Tapjoy and AppBrain to promote the app.
AppBrain seems more reliable, but it doesn't incentive downloads so I am now sure if I would really get them or it would be wasted money. On the other hand, Tapjoy does incentive downloads, which makes almost sure that I would get them. However, Tapjoy only allows credit card payment, while I can pay with PayPal for AppBrain, making Tapjoy a little bit "unreliable". Can any one shed some light on this please?
