Help Proof of unexplained fast battery drain

I have a nexus 5 and the battery has only been lasting 4-5 hours without me using the phone. The screenshot speaks for itself and also begs the question, what is draining my battery so fast? Most importantly, the sum of the percentages should be close to 100%, not add up to only 7%!! (The little blip on the graph was just me restarting the phone.)

I have to ask, where is the other 93% gone? Off above "Screen" in the attached pics, scroll-up to view them? Which might be Facebook or something.

That's the whole point, there isn't anything else! There are only those 4 apps in the list.

I've noticed that since lollipop the percentages don't add up to 100 or anywhere close
