Proper backup apps

I'm looking for an app that will backup everything on my phone and store it on my internal storage of the phone and re-install all apps automatically when needed. I also need a backup app for backing up on the cloud and install automatically. I don't want a popup
window that i must press 'Install' for every app but i want it to install all apps and other stuff automatically.

Titanium an Helium will do that, if you get the premium paid versions.

ps, you will need to be rooted for titanium, and it's only the paid version that will batch restore automatically as Chan Chan has said.
