prorblm with audio jack sensing

i have karbonn A21
when i play audio or video in mobile speaker or in headphone it working fine.
but when i connect it to external speaker, at low sound its work fine. but when i increase sound, it pause. i tried it in different speakers, but problme same.
i contact in company also, but they dont have enough solution

i generated logs also, when problem occur..

can any1 solve this??

Glad to have you here and hopefully i can try and assist you with the issue you are having today

Have you tried pulling the battery and restarting the device? This can sometimes resolve minor bugs in the system.

Or lastly, you could try performing a factory reset which will delete all of your data, but will probably resolve this error.
