Proscan PLT7802 w/Android 4.2.2

I downloaded Google Play. The app starts to run, when the images start to load is stops and brings up the message "unfortunately Google Play has stopped". When I clear the cache and app data, it starts to run again, but stops again in the same place (as images start to load). Is it because the cache has a limit to it's size? Can I allocate more memory for this function?

Does that tab even come with Google support? You need Google Play Services for Google Play Store to run. Just installing Google Play Store won't do it. (Search for gapps - that's the Google apps that are missing with the cheap phones and tablets.)

Thanks to everyone that responded. I gave up on this tablet. Returned it for a refund.
