protected phone

Hi!
I got a new phone from my dad(galaxy j1 mini prime)
And it's protected by an application!
that means that I cant surf the web and I cant remove it!
i have tried all these options:
hard reset(still doesnt work and it reboots without a format data).
to remove the app by the simple way(but of course-it doesnt work...).
I cant get inside the development settings or another setting that can cause weakness to this app).
I tried safe mode too...
Does someone have an idea?

Have you considered that if you remove the app and your Dad discovers this he may remove the phone instead? Breaking his rules might not be the best way to win him round.

I'm a dad. You're not going to get any help dishonoring and disobeying your father's rules here, son.

I surmise your dad is probably using he embedded Family functionality in Android, as as such they cannot be circumvented. I know, I use the controls with my son, and we talk about the reasons they are there whenever the controls become an impediment to what he wants to do with his phone.

I'm not going to talk about my reasons for using them, but if I was to take an educated guess, they are probably a lot of the same reasons your father has for employing these controls.

As @Steven58 wisely articulated, we won't be helping circumvent these controls here. I'd recommend talking to your dad about what you want to do with your phone, figure out if it can be accomplished in a way that alleviates his concerns, and keep it honest.
