Root proximity launch app?

hi guys,

hope you are all well and liking your rooted m8s

im trying to find an app that will allow me to do a couple of app actions when I flip my phone.
want to mute and then activate lock ... ideally by using the apps I use to control these features (ie llama profiles and delay lock)
im guessing tasker might be able to do it, but not sure I have enough years left to figure it out!

phew! managed to sort it with combo of tasker+Llama profile+delay lock
llama and delay apps I use normally - so just needed to get my head around tasker to tie it all up :/
