Help Proximity sensor not working on calls

When I am making a call and I put the phone up to my ear, I can hear buttons being clicked. I have even hung up on people from work on accident because it's not working properly. Is this a known issue or are there any suggestions to fix this? Which one is the proximity sensor on the front? Thanks!

Found the answer to this question on another forum and it sounds like this is happening on more phones than just the Photon and Electrify.

Do you have the in-pocket detection on?

If so try turning it off and rebooting the phone.

Thanks,
J

Hi. It's a known problem with bluetooth. When you turn it on, somehow it messes up the sensor. If you turn it off (bluetooth) and reboot your phone, it will work again. Moto, I hope, will come up with an answer. If you need to have your bluetooth working, simply hit the power button on the top of the phone to turn off the screen. Kinda goofy, but it works just fine. Hope this helps.
