proxy/remote internet explorer page viewing

I'm not sure if I labeled the topic correctly, but what I'm looking for is a service or a way to view web pages that require active x controllers. I know that android does not natively support active x nor will it ever support it, but is there a service or a way to remotely access a site to allow active x to authenticate? As in, a proxy that will run a site and allow me to remote in and view the website running on the external box? Once I get my home pc working again I will be able to remote in and view it from there, but until then is there another solution?

Thank you, but that would be for a pc to download and use active x, I'm looking for the exact same thing, except for android or a service that offers a remote solution, like a server that runs the webpage and allows me to remote in and view the webpage running on that server.
