Will a PlayStation 2 emu run on either a 1st gen Moto G or a 2nd gen Moto E LTE? will a snapdragon 400/410 cpu and 1gb of ram be enough and can I use USB 2 go to connect a controller?

Yes,it should;some roms may run with some or minor lag,but should be compatible.
