whar do I need to do with the BIOS file?

does it need to go in a special place it its own folder?

I believe you just place it anywhere in the psx4droid folder. You can go into the settings of the app and point it to the bios file.

well I directed the app to the BIOS file, the selected the GTA file and its just a black screen, and ideas?

try a different bios file, there are different versions out there.
