psychedelic screen

My LG Ally recently became pschedelic. The sceen is mostly pink and green colors. My stored pictures have the same coloring. It did not get wet. I have restarted, pulled the battery, and hard booted the phone with no changes. Any ideas?

Your screen may be defective. Return it and see if your carrier can repair/replace it.
