Ok I tried to put a PIN on my SIM card (first time ever using a phone with a SIM card so cut me some slack) for my HTC one SV...I exhausted my retries for putting the PIN in and then I exhausted my 10 tries to accessing the PUK code. I just didn't know what I was doing and was playing around with it. Now I have no signal and cannot call or text or receive either. I get the message that the PUK Code is locked and to call customer care.
From what I'm researching it looks as though I've fried the SIM card and will need to buy another? Is this true or is there a way to undo what I did?
