Purchased as a gift

never heard of them. these are picture frames....yes? from what i read you can send photos and other media to the frames wirelessly. is it touch screen?
Yes, a picture frame with an email address. Anyone can send pictures to the frame so long as they know the email address, so you don't have to manage it. It is touch screen for set up and manual scrolling, plus some other nice features.

sounds pretty awesome. where did you get yours? online? amazon? a brick and mortar?

I bought a simple SD card fed frame years ago for my wife. Se absolutely loves it. This is definitely a vast improvement. With a daughter living states away... I see one in my future.
I bought my parents a Google Nest Hub Mini (or whatever the name is) to show pictures. This year I'm upgrading it to this.
This would make a great Xmas gift!!!!!
Gonna buy one for me, if I like it..... Guess what I'm getting some friends and family for Xmas...... Lol
I swear I'm not getting a commission. This thing is just so simple to set up and operate without a lot of management. I like things that do one thing really well and this one knocks it out of the park.

The one we have simply scrolled through the loaded pics. It has a setting for the hours its display is on. The last couple of years it will shut off or freeze up. Rebooting it has always fixed it. The last time we rearranged the furniture we opted not to set it up.

Does your unit hang on the wall or sit on a table... or either?

It can stand vertical, horizontal, or hang on a wall in either orientation. There are other features, but I'm short on time at the moment. I'll circle back later this evening

Cool! I'm out of here as well. Do appreciate the info.
Additional info az promised.
  • The outer frame can be removed and replaced with a frame that color coordinates with a room.
  • When new photos arrive a buttons shows on the screen. Tap the button and it will cycle through the newly added photos. That's a big deal if you have 8,000+ photos on it.
  • There is a heart on the bottom right corner. If the user taps that an email is sent to the sender alerting them that they like the photo.
  • Simple but necessary edits are a piece of cake. These include rotating photos and zooming a photo in so it fills the entire screen.
  • On device menu allows for changing the speed of the slideshow and other expected features.
  • There is a premium subscription that allows short videos, image captions, bulk export, etc. I didn't get this as I figure the new owner could opt for this if they wanted it.

It seems a well thought out device that my wife would enjoy. I just got through mother's day so for birthday or anniversary it tops my list so far. I struggle yearly to get something she'll enjoy and doesn't have. Thank You!

Crossing the threshold into another year of life can be a milestone in itself. You're at that point where you're able to look back on your previous year and reflect with wonder. We want to help you create a memory your friends and family will talk about for years.
