Purchased fonts restore

Maybe I'm wrong here but if you purchased them through the google play store then you should be able to re-download them without charge.
 
Oh ... the SAMSUNG store. I didn't think those auto-restored. Only the play store does that.
 
If you logged in with the same Samsung account, I think it should know you bought them before, unless the TOS with the Samsung store is that mercenary that you have to rebuy if you reset.
 
The Samsung theme story can be tricky. You have to be signed in with the account and password you used to purchase the items. I get an email for each purchase though and I keep those emails in a separate folder in my email account so they are easy to find. The email also tells me the user ID that I was logged in with in the theme store which helps.
 
I just tried this myself, bought a font, didn't install and reset Samsung store and got resigned in with credentials allows me to download same font without a second payment.

I just need to sign in but it wanted new payment details a while back and I never did it. I'll have a go.
 
It shouldn't matter about the payment details. Samsung will keep track of everything you purchase but they are sneaky. I lost some of my original purchases because I changed my email address. When I tried to update with Samsung everything was fine except all of my purchases were tied to my old email address so were essentially lost. Seems I should have been able to transfer them to my new email but they said nope. Perhaps they have a similar hiccup with your situation. One with a better resolution?

Same email. I have a separate email address just for my phone. It doesn't change.
