Help Purple/Black Smudge

I recently bought my new S5 approx a week ago and today I am experiencing a purple/black smudge on the screen. It only show up/visible on white backgrounds. Is anyone experiencing this problem or know how to resolve it?

That photo does not show a purplish smudge on it that I can detect.

Is that a Screen Capture? If so, then it will not show us the 'smudge'.

You will need to use a separate camera so we can see the effect.

I noticed that after I posted. It won't show up on screen shot, just on my phone.

use an external camera to get a real "Picture".

Screen Shots will never, ever, show up bad screens. They are just using the info supplied to display that screen.

Sounds like the LCD is being compressed some how. Might be time to give Samsung a call. Don't delay!
