push sync email

I recently replaced my Samsung Galaxy S3 with another. Now I cannot automatically sync my email. I thought I had all the settings properly set, but it is not automatic
 
If you have that account set to sync, and you have sync enabled (and you have an internet connection) it should sync. Are you missing any of those?
