You need either the glass and touchscreen or the entire screen replaced, whichever job is cheaper.
Don't try to save money by doing it yourself. After you pay to have a shop figure out what you broke, fix that, then replace the screen, you'll have spent a lot more money than the original repair would have cost you. (One tiny bent pin on a cable connector can cost you a motherboard replacement.)
