Help Pushing emails

[quangtungnguye]

So I use my phone for work and use the email, my question is on my galaxy nexus all the emails would come there automatically but it seems like I always have to refresh for my emails to come thru. Emails are set on push and peak email schedule is set on push (ehatever that means)

You need to use IMAP. Its pushes, no need to refresh.
