i bought my Htc Magic with a HERO rom
unfortunately i dont have Marketplace installed.

I have SlideMe application insalled instead

is it normal phone to have this?

I dont have the barcode scanner application. I read in the forum, i can download it with marketplace, since i dont have market place and slide me didnt have that application ...

where else i can get that application?

I think that barcode scanner only is available in the Market...

You can download the Barcode Scanner .apk directly here:

If you access this on your phone it will download and allow you to install without the Market app.
