Apps Python android installation.

Hi,

I am new to Android.Installed Android-sdk,PythonForAndroid on my system and created "test.apk",and i keep that test.py in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\tools" its working fine in my computer.

I have "Samsung galaxy s i9003 gingerbread" I have installed my "test.apk" on my mobile and click on that icon, its poping up window, Do you want to download and install APK for Python 2.6.2 ? If i click "Yes" then its saying that "Download Failed".So how to overcome with this. problem.
What i need to install in my mobile to run my "test.apk"(which is based on Python2.6)

Download manually from the Google site .
I think Sl4a is required to run python scripts on android

Thanks for your help.

I downloaded "sl4a_r4.apk" and installed.Now its saying that
"Fail to create scripts directory.Please check the permissions of your external storage media".
Where i have to change my settings to fix this error.
