So of course the charging port in my phone is loose and I called Verizon and they said, "We don't usually cover ports" then proceeded to put me through almost three hours of troubleshooting before going to tier 2 where the did factory reset to no avail. They said alright, we'll send you a replacement phone since you're covered. Well, I sent mine in today, better condition than the refurbished one I received btw, and now I'm just worried that they are going to charge the heck out of me after reading all kinds if things online today. I have TEC and there are absolutely no blemishes on the phone but yeah, the port was quite loose. Can someone explain what they are going to do/charge...I thought TEC covered damage?
