By rooting your phone and flashing a theme such as, "NEATROMLITE v1.1", by salesale which is based on the original blue ICS theme found on the Galaxy Nexus.

Well, to be absolutely accurate, it's a deodexed version of the ICS, LPG, ROM with the bloatware removed and a theme, Domination by Vertumus, added. If you just want the theme, see here.

thnx for the help but there are so many files which one should i choose (i want version 4.6 )
