Q on andriod version

[EQ0KG7]

I really like the samsung Galaxy Note, the size fix my usage, but it use 2.35 ver,
. in the other side, Nexus, it use 4.0 ver, the newest Andriod, I didn't know what phone should I buy, I look for some advice on both model.

Welcome for your advice, it's better to give comparison the specification and usage of them

Note. Its gonna get the Android 4.0 eventually. Its got better hardware than the Nexus anyway. When buying a phone, you don't look at Android version too much, you look at the hardware that runs it.
