Help [Q] Screen doesn't fully wake?

Ok so today when I tried to wake my triumph the screen would come on, but nothing showed up and nothing worked. This is the second time that it has actually happened too. It just shows the background and the lockscreen doesn't show up or anything like that. It's hard to explain, but I have a video I can upload (kinda choppy though, because recording 1080p on a class 4 micro sd card doesn't work all that well... But it will show what I am talking about.) I have to reboot and it comes back properly.

I've never gotten that when I hit the power button. I've gotten that NUMEROUS times when I get a call. Pull it out of my pocket to see I can't answer the phone.

Biggest gripe about smart phones is actually being able to reliably use it as a phone. Really makes me miss the days I had two lines of service and always had an old Nokia s40 for voice only.

i know what ur talking aboutexactly because it happens to me too. like when u push the power button and ur in a dark room the screen does like come on but nothing is there and the home keys and all light up but no lock screen right?

If thats what its doing then i think i know the problem because it never ever happened till i underclocked but it hasnt done it nearly as much before, maybe every now and then but mine still set at 61mhz, maybe try urs a tad higher if its underclocked. If ur not underclocked then not sure what it could be.

My min is set at 245 mhz the default of the rom. I don't underclock or underclock so idk what it is then.

I have had that happen when restarting my phone. I just hit the power button to turn it off, then turn it on again.

I've had cases where when waking up from a sleep;

1) the lower buttons will light up but not the screen.

2) screen will come on but nothing will respond.

3) will do a reset as I try to turn it on.

The frequency of occurrence has been less with the latest the later TG-Reloaded roms.

I just chalk it up as being one of those MT idiosyncrasies.

I have never had any problems like this before. With any rom, including stock.

This issue has been happening to me frequently since I have updated my ROM to the latest build for CM7. It happened to me earlier today. I received an email and tried to wake my MT but nothing happened. I know the phone is on cuz the red light email indicator is flashing. The only solution is taking out the battery and then powering it up
