[Q] uot kitchen and launcher

Hey guys, I was wondering if I could make a theme on UOT kitchen and publish it on the android market. Also would the theme work with a launcher?
 
Ok, so I found out that you could customize cm7 themes in the kitchen. Then you downoad the zip file(theme) unzip it, find the .apk, install it, and then apply it with theme chooser. Could I put this theme on the market??
