qpst and recovery mode

my mobile karbonn a15 doesn't show recovery mode just shows a green screen and when i press vol down and power button at same time it shows Entry QPST download.. and my phone also restrats itself randomly...plz rply and yes my phone is not rooted

How to enter recovery mode for Karbonn A15

• Power off device
• Hold volume up + power simultaneously
• You will see a green screen (fastboot), continue to hold the two buttons
• You will see a red screen (recovery), you are now free to release the buttons and navigate your recovery.

ya bt when i do so it doesnt show anything just a green screen and when i press combination of vol down and power button it shows entry qpst download..whats dis?? and ya phone also restarts randomly and it is not rooted....plz rply
