Mine did not come with one. If you're looking for a basic replacement, I'd go with Barcode Scanner: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.zxing.client.android
Super lightweight and is good at what it claims to do.
If you want something with a bit more features, I'd recommend QR Droid: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=la.droid.qr
Granted, larger app, but it gives you the ability to create your own QR codes on the fly, which is really useful when you're with a few friends and want to show them something really quick.

I played with a few. QR Droid is the one I use now.
