Quadrant Scores

ORT

Newbie
What should our phones be scoring on the quadrant standard? I just ran it and am curious how good my phone is performing.

Mine is the International version. (Running at 1.4Ghz). But yeah, I have seen them in the AT&T store do anywhere between 3100-3800 on Quadrant.

Just ran one on my S2 and got 3537 (almost 2 week old device), but ran into something interesting: after I got the results, I went ahead and clicked System Information and saw that it said I only had 1 core under CPU. What?? I thought the S2 had 2 cores, so I ran another test, this time getting 3701, now it says 2 cores under CPU. Anyone know why it said 1 core on my first test?

The second core turns off when not needed so that the phone saves power. In the second run, you probably had something running in the background or you checked it before the second core had a chance to turn
off.

Here's me. This is with with a fresh install of Cognition 777 r2 ROM and all my old apps reinstalled. I'm overclocked to 1,600 Mhz and on High Perf. mode for the Quadrant. Everything is stable, and battery life isn't too bad...

I am running at 1.4Ghz with STOCK Rom and Kernel. Touchwiz is pretty fast.

I am sure if I clocked it any higher it would melt and produce 6000+ scores.
