Hi, i have been using this phone for over a month now. The phone turns off on its own every few hours. Earlier, this used to occur during receiving and making calls. Recently i got an update for the phone and the issue seemed to be resolved as the phone did not turn off for a few days. But, the problem is back. The phone gets restarted on its own, fortunately not during calls. I tried re-installing the firmware using Kies, but that didnt help. I have installed wifi manager as some posts in the net mentioned that it helped, but in vain. My phone has just 1.75GB of space occupied rest is free. I use Wifi and 3G data pack. Kindly help asap!!

Can you take it back and exchange it? If yes, try that first.
If the new one does it, try a different phone.
If for some reason you can't take it back, you could try doing a factory reset (only if it has never been rooted).
