Help Query on Android TV from Sony

[venky_krishnan]

Sony has introduced KDL-43W800C. It is a 3D smart TV that runs on Android 5. Some reviews mention that all Android features are not available and that you can download only selected apps from playstore. Is this true. Can I download Chrome, office softwares to read documents, can I download social networking apps, games? Please advise.

It's a new TV, perhaps nobody here has one. It seems to include Play Store but I don't know about access only to selected apps. The best way to find out would be to email Sony customer services. Sorry I can't help more
